The Traulsen 33" Solid Half-Door Air Curtain Refrigerator - R-Series (RAC37-HHS) has been designed for flexible institutional use with the door open during tray make-up and loading. With the door open, the unit maintains a frosty 45°F or less for up to one hour thanks to a curtain of air which produces a unique circulation pattern in the food storage zone. And when the door is closed, the temperature drops to 35°F within 17 minutes. Casters, side hand grips and a rear-mounted tubular handle combine to make this unit mobile and easy to maneuver. The electronic refrigeration control features two modes; refrigerator from 32°F to 50°F with preset of 35°F and refrigerator low-temp with a temperature range from 25°F to 35°F with a preset of 30°F so that items may be chilled in advance of extended delivery times. Removable tray slides are included to accommodate 18" x 26" pans spaced at 4. 5" and the split-doors offer improved producct access.
